Our Services
Three services for three kinds of need
Whether you need a single confidential conversation, active legal support through a custody or maintenance matter, or a steady advisory relationship over time — we have a service shaped to that.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our methodology
Listen first
The initial session is about understanding the full picture — before any advice is offered.
Review documents
Relevant paperwork is examined carefully before any recommendation is made.
Present options in writing
All available paths are set out clearly in a written summary — not just discussed verbally.
Support whatever comes next
Mediation, negotiation, or court proceedings — we proceed at the client's pace and preference.
Service 01
Family Position Consultation
RM 250 — single session
A confidential, unhurried first conversation for clients facing family-law questions or considerations. The session may address marital matters under civil or Syariah jurisdiction, custody and access arrangements, spousal and child maintenance, matters arising from separation, or pre- and post-marital agreements. Held in a private setting and followed by a written summary of options.
- Civil and Syariah jurisdiction addressed in a single session
- Written summary of all options provided after the session
- Private setting — not a shared office or open consultation room
- No pressure to engage further services
What to expect
Service 02
Custody & Maintenance Counsel
from RM 690
Considered legal support for clients addressing custody, access, and maintenance matters — whether through negotiated agreement, mediation, or court proceedings as required. The engagement begins with careful listening and document review, and proceeds with measured advocacy that keeps the wellbeing of any children involved as a central consideration.
- Detailed document review and fact-gathering before any filing
- Agreement-led where circumstances allow — mediation coordinated if needed
- Court representation pursued with dignity when genuinely required
- Children's wellbeing as a reference point throughout

Written engagement terms
Every retained matter begins with a written letter setting out scope, fees, and expectations — before any work commences.

All practitioners hold current practising certificates and comply with the Malaysian Bar's professional conduct rules.
Listening before advising
No recommendation is made before the client's situation has been properly understood and documented.
